BUTTERNUT SOUP
Ingredients

2 Tbs Of Avocado Oil (Oil Of Choice)
1/2 Butternut Squash
1 Red Bell Pepper
2 Carrots
1 Medium Leek
1 Chocho
2 Sml White Sweet Potato
7 Storks Thyme
2 Small Green Bananas
2 Vegetable Stock Pot
1 Cayeene Pepper/Scotch Bonnet
3 Cm Ginger
1 Tsp Salt

Taste

Method
in a medium to large pot heat the oil and sauté Peppers, leeks and carrots with fresh thyme and Grated ginger for 1 minute. Add the cho cho,
sweet potatoes, squash whole Scotch bonnet
(not cut), stock, salt, seasoning. And 2ltrs of water
of and bring to the boil. After 5 minutes reduce
heat to medium/low Stirring occasionally.
Put oil on hands and peel skin off green bananas
And cut into circles 2cm in thickness and add
to The pot. Cook for a further 10 minutes or until

Additionally you could add small dumplings to
the pot 15 minutes before completion using 1
cup of spelt, breadfruit, wholemeal or plain flour.
