Cooling Herbal Tea Blend
A soothing tea to ease hot flashes and
promote calm.
Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp dried peppermint
  • 1 tsp dried chamomile
    Benefits: Regulates body temperature,
    calms nerves, supports sleep
    Cost per cup: Approx. £0.30
    Use: Steep herbs in 250ml hot water for 10
    minutes. Drink warm or chilled.

Lavender & Clary Sage Body Oil

A calming oil to ease anxiety and support
hormonal balance.
Ingredients:

  • 50ml sweet almond oil
  • 5 drops lavender essential oil
  • 5 drops clary sage essential oil
    Benefits: Relieves stress, balances mood
    and hormones

    Use: Shake well. Apply to skin after shower
    or before bed.

Peppermint Cooling Body Spray
Instant relief from hot flashes with a
refreshing spritz.
Ingredients:

  • 100ml distilled water
  • 1 tsp witch hazel
  • 5 drops peppermint essential oil
    Benefits: Cools skin, uplifts mood, reduces
    discomfort

    Use: Shake before use. Spray on neck,
    chest, or wrists as needed
