This summer, the Go Green Eco Urban
Festival lit up Haringey with a vibrant
programme of eco-conscious events,
engaging over 5,000 residents across June
and Plastic Free July. The initiative focused
on sustainability, creativity, and community
connection—especially among low-income
households.

- Eco Awareness Talks: Informal sessions
on climate issues and local recycling. - Community Clean-Up & Garden Revive:
Outdoor litter picks and green space
restoration. - Trash Art: Echo Chic: Fashion and art
made from single-use plastics. - Zero-Waste Cooking: Practical tips on
reducing food waste. - The Big Stitch: Upcycling textiles into
useful garden tools. - Urban Gardening Workshops: Growing
herbs and vegetables in small spaces.
