Make Your Own Natural Citrus Clean Mouthwash

Simple, fresh, and made from everyday kitchen ingredients
Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2–3 drops fresh lemon juice or a pinch of dried mint (optional)
    How to Make It
  1. Warm the water slightly to help everything dissolve.
  2. Add baking soda and salt, stirring until fully dissolved.
  3. Add lemon juice or mint for extra freshness.
  4. Pour into a clean jar or cup.
    How to Use
  • Spit out — do not swallow.
  • Use once or twice a day as needed.
