Make Your Own Natural Citrus Clean Mouthwash

Simple, fresh, and made from everyday kitchen ingredients
Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2–3 drops fresh lemon juice or a pinch of dried mint (optional)
How to Make It
- Warm the water slightly to help everything dissolve.
- Add baking soda and salt, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Add lemon juice or mint for extra freshness.
- Pour into a clean jar or cup.
How to Use

- Spit out — do not swallow.
- Use once or twice a day as needed.
