ReZone Sports and Remedial Therapie began its journey in 2006 as The Relaxation Zone, evolving into its current form in 2007. But founder Ilaine Solanke insists, “I didn’t start the business—the business started me.” Her gift for healing through touch was evident early on, helping friends and colleagues with aches and pains. When they urged her to get qualified, she did—and never looked back. Her passion became her profession after a chance encounter with a business facilitator who saw her potential.

Today, Ilaine holds formal qualifications in Swedish Massage, Sports and Remedial Therapy, Oncology Massage, Reiki, Twina, Aromatherapy, and more. As a mobile therapist, Ilaine faces daily challenges—from physical demands to navigating traffic and access issues. Yet, the rewards are profound. She brings natural, restorative treatments directly to those who need them most—patients with disabilities, mental health conditions, and recovery needs—right in their homes, workplaces, or care centres.
Her guiding mantra? “When someone asks, ‘Can you…?’ say ‘Yes… now what’s the question?’ Then figure it out.”
